Stephen Tierney is the founder and head trainer at Mindcell. He has over 18 years of experience in sales environments and has now spent over 9 years as a sales coach and sales trainer.  Conservatively, he estimates that he has increased the performance of over 600 sales people and well over 100 sales managers as well a handful of chief executives and directors.   As a coach he is now extremely sought after not only in the UK but increasingly so in the USA.


Stephen is the UK's leading sales persuasion expert and has qualification as a licensed mastermind executive coach, an NLP practitioner as well as being an advanced hypnotherapist.  He specialises in advanced sales techniques, high level persuasion and coaching.


Previous Clients include Barclays, Aviva, Carnival, Lloyds Banking Group and many more key companies as well as a plethora of SME's across Hampshire and surrounds. 




John Griffiths is an award-winning Sales Performance Trainer and Sales Performance Coach and brings with him over 10 years top-level experience in Sales and Sales Training.


A Master Practitioner of NLP and HNLP, a Certified Hypnotherapist and Coach of NLP & HNLP, he specialises in Sales Psychology, Advanced Influence and Persuasion Techniques and Performance Coaching.


John is also a leading expert in Training Effectiveness and Evaluation and is Certified Trainer of Kirkpatrick Four Levels, making him the only Kirkpatrick Certified Sales Trainer in the UK.  


John combines his desire for excellence, with a passion for and commitment to increasing performance for both training delegates and organisations.


John has worked with a number of leading companies such as Virgin, Intel, Avaya and Barclaycard.

 




Ann Martin is a highly dedicated and experienced executive and business coach.  She has over 20 years experience of running successful companies and working with small, medium and large organisations.  Her genuine passion, energy and commitment in supporting people and organisations embrace change and achieve optimum results.


Ann holds a level 7 certificate from the ILM, level 5 from the Chartered Management Institute and is a member of the European mentoring and coaching council.  Ann also holds a master practitioner in NLP, was a runner up in the Midlands business woman of the year award and has regular appearances on GMTV, ITV, Sky and channel 4 as well as numerous appearances on local and national radio.


Ann's customers are vast and include Marks & Spencer, Britannia Airways, Hilton Hotel Group, British Midland Travel, Carlton TV, Cummins Generator Technologies, IBM, Barclays, Vodaphone, East Midlands Development Agency, Nottingham Trent University and Midlands housing!  Her clients have also included many SME's, and public sector organisations including Business Link.






Rachel Bicker specialises in coaching, leadership, and performance. Her focus is firmly on connection as a coach- whether that be with clients, to enable greater insight, superlative service, and sticky change; or with colleagues, to form solid, professional, buzzy relationships that endure. Rachel has spent 15 years working in publishing, whole-business management, and relationship management roles. Her early career in media now brings a set of well-rounded creative skills to the management consultancy. She takes 'consultancy-as-usual' to a fresher, more resonant place. 

Rachel is known for her warmth, interest, clarity, and transparent approach to business; and for her unerring belief that personal development potential is a sparkling gift that every single one of us has to discover.  She specialises in team building, authentic leadership, understand and maximising relationships as well as setting and working towards clear goals.

Rachel has previously worked with HMRC, Department for transport, Microsoft, Environment Agency and the Civil Aviation Authority.

Adam Stevens has a wealth of experience when it comes to persuasion skills over the telephone.  He has  previously worked in a variety of organisations breaking sales records in every company he worked for.  His no nonsense attitude to telephone sales gets results, and gets them quickly.  His strategies all follow logic and structure which makes his training very easy to understand and, therefore implement.


Adam is keen on staying sharp with the very latest NLP techniques, however, is also a keen ambassador for more classic studies such as the Milton model.


As a telephone sales training coach he cut his teeth in the United States working for Bell Atlantic and progressed through a wide field of sales roles before eventually deciding that it really made sense to pass on his skills to others to help them achieve their all as well.
